Inspect traveler spray header assembly for free movement, through the window
while washer is operating.

5.0 MECHANICAL CORE
5.1 Verify piping system for leaks - Tighten quick-disconnect clamps if necessary.* 6 x/yr
5.2 On heat exchanger, tighten nuts at 95 ft.lb (129 N•m). Use a torque meter. 2 x/yr
5.3 Verify heat exchanger drain is not clogged - Clean if necessary. 1 x/yr
6.0 CHEMICAL INJECTION PUMPS
6.1 Lubricate chemical injection pump rollers. 12 x/yr
6.2 Verify pick-up tube screens and squeeze tubes for debris. Clean if necessary. 12 x/yr
