8. Reinitialize washer. Turn LOCK/UNLOCK/INIT key switch
(located on load control panel and unload side control panel) to
INIT position.
NOTE: Selector returns automatically from reset to UNLOCK
position when key is released.
9. Process a Purge Travelers phase and a DRAIN cycle (see S
EC-
TION 4.11, PURGE TRAVELERS and SECTION 4.12, DRAIN CYCLE) with
four end plugs removed.
10. When DRAIN cycle is completed, turn LOCK/UNLOCK/INIT key
selector to LOCK position. Remove key from selector and keep
on yourself. Display shows:
WASHER LOCKED
11. In Mode Selection screen, press DOOR CONTROL touch pad;
then, press DOOR OPEN touch pad to open load side doors.
12. Remove locking pin and reinstall end plugs on both horizontal
spray headers (see Figure 6-1).
13. Press DOOR CLOSE touch pad to close doors.
14. Press X touch pad to return to Mode Selection Screen.
6.2.4 Central Spray Header
Manifold (Accessory)
See Figure 6-2.
1. Remove rotary spray holder and rotary spray arms from Central
Spray Header Manifold (see Figure 6-2).
2. Unscrew spray arms from spray arm hub. Rinse spray arms
under running water to clean out sediment.
3. Remove end spray jets from spray arms (see Detail in Figure
6-2). Use a fine wire (approximately the wire gauge of a paper
clip) to clean out sediment. Rinse under running water.
4. Reinstall end spray jets on rotary spray arms.
5. Place bushing on top of rotary spray arm hub and reinstall rotary
spray arm assembly to Central Spray Header Manifold.
