Load or unload door remain locked after DOOR OPEN
touch pad was pressed.
1. Press Silence Buzzer or ACK touch pad to silence
alarm buzzer.
2. Air supply too low – Open air supply valves.
3. Defective door safety switch – Call STERIS.*
4. Load/Unload door lock pneumatic cylinder defective,
verify operation – Call STERIS.*
5. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*

touch pad was pressed or more than 5 seconds were
required to lock door.
1. Press Silence Buzzer or ACK touch pad to silence
alarm buzzer.
2. Air supply too low – Open air supply valves.
3. Defective door safety switch – Call STERIS.*
4. Door obstructed – Clear door obstruction.
5. Close load or unload door sensor misadjusted – Call
STERIS.*
6. Load/Unload door lock pneumatic cylinder defective,
verify operation – Call STERIS.*
7. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
