HOW TO USE
Circuit Preparation and Line Connection - Attaching the Priming Solution
1. Attach the arterial blood line to one of the blood line holders in the prime
bucket. Ensure the tip of the blood line does not touch the bottom of the
bucket. Keep the arterial clamp open.
2. Clamp the infusion line and spike the saline bag. Ensure connection is
secure.
3. Attach the arterial pressure transducer protector to the red arterial
pressure transducer connector. Turn to secure the connections -
transducer line to transducer protector and transducer protector to
transducer connector on the machine.
Note: Do NOT clamp the pressure transducer line.
