The Knowledge Base Troubleshooting includes a list of processes to try to fix the most common issues that might
occur.
If you do not find a solution to your problem in this section, please contact the BCN3D Technologies support team
through Contact Support.
Error message
Error message is a list of errors that BCN3D Sigma D25 can show through the screen to isolate the specific cause
or causes of the symptom. The symptom is a failure of some process to produce any results.
If you identify some of these error messages, make sure to check the Knowledge Base Troubleshooting first. If the
problem persists, please visit Contact Support in order to solve it.

Error message Description
Heating Failed on Left Hotend
A heater error on one of the Hotends or HotBed can
occur when the printer is trying to heat up but the
sensor does not report an increase in temperature or
it is not fast enough.The display will show with which
print core a problem has been detected.
Heating Failed on Right Hotend
Heating Failed on HotBed
Thermal runaway on Left Hotend
A heater error on one of the Hotends or HotBed can
occur when the printer reaches the target tempe-
rature but afterwards it detects a decrease of the
temperature. The display will show with which print
core a problem has been detected.
Thermal runaway on Right Hotend
Thermal runaway on HotBed
Max Temperature triggered on Left Hotend
This error occurs when one of the Hotends or HotBed
is reading a temperature that is too low. The display
will show with which print core a problem has been
detected.
