Signal indication:
The following signals are indicated by the control unit PICO-troniX1 by means of the red and green LED in the control unit
window(see 12.2blink signals ofthe integrated controlunit PICO-troniX1):
· Ready for operation
· Lubrication active
· Reservoir empty
· Number of pumprevolutions notreached within monitoringtime
· CPU / memorydefective
· Testlubrication active
Data base:
Thecontrol unithas a database that safesthe followingvalues:
· control unit data(Type,Version,Serial number, date ofmanufacturing)
· Current setting (cycleduration, operatingmode lubrication, lubricationduration, monitoring times)
· Statistic values (operating hours, pump operating time, number of intermediate lubrication, level error, speed
monitoringerror,total diagnoseetc.)
· Date and timeof lastdiagnose
The operating type of lubrication duration, the setting of cycle- and lubrication duration and the setting of the monitoring
times can be changed and adjusted at any time with the diagnose software BEKA-DiSys (current version available on
BEKAwebsite).
