500to 8000pulses (16 notchesà 500 pulses)
Pulsesetting isdone by meansof the switchesin thecontrol unit window(see 9.1.3 changeparameter).
9.3 Operating mode lubrication duration
The integrated control unit PICO-tronic can define the lubrication duration in operating mode „time-dependent“ „pulse-
dependent“or „speed-dependent“.
9.3.1 Operating mode lubrication duration time-dependent
The time-dependent control of the lubrication duration can set the lubrication time in two setting ranges and the
monitoringtime withhelp of theBEKADiSys software (currentversion available onBEKAwebsite).

Setting ranges for number of revolutions of motor:
1to 16min. (16 notchesà 1 Minute)
2to 32min. (16 notchesà 2 minutes)
2to 32sek. (16 notchesà 2 seconds)
Timesettingis donebymeans ofthe switch inthe control unitwindow (see9.1.3change parameter).
9.3.2 Operating mode lubrication duration pulse-dependent
The pulse-dependent control of the lubrication duration counts incoming pulses of the
proximity switch, installed at the progressive distributor. If a pulse is missing until the
monitoring time isfinished (standard12 minutes),the control unit shows amalfunction
(see12.3 signalsof the integratedcontrol unit PICO-tronic).
The error is reset by pressing the intermediate lubrication button after the error is
solved.Thepump immediatelystarts a lubrication.
