8.3 Operation mode lubrication duration
Thelubrication durationof the controlunit PICO-tronicX1 canbe defined„time-dependent“or „speed-dependent“.
8.3.1 Lubrication duration „time-dependent“
Lubrication duration can be set in three set ranges (in minutes and seconds). The monitoring time can be set by means of
thediagnos softwareBAK-DiSys (current versionon BEKAwebsite).

1to 16min. (16 notchesà 1 minute)
2to 32min. (16 notchesà 2 minutes)
2to 32sek. (16 notchesà 2 seconds)

8.3.2 Lubrication duration speed depending
The speed depending control of a central lubrication system counts the number of revolutions of a pump motor. For this
purpose, a sensor is installed in the pump, that sends a signal to the control at each motor revolution. If the signal is
overdue for longer than the set monitoring time (standard 30 sec.), the control unit signals a malfunction (see 12.2 blink
signalof integratedcontrol unit PICO-troniX1).
Pressthe intermediatelubrication button fora reset aftersolving theproblem.

Set range for number of motor revolutions:
1to 16revolutions (16 notchesà 1 revolution)
10to 160revolutions (16 notchesà 10 revolutions)
170to 320revolutions (16 notchesà 10 revolutions)
Settingof revolutionsis done bymeans of theswitch inthe control unitwindow (see fig.22).
