Thefollowing specialfunctions can beused with theintegrated controlunit PICO-tronic:

Following messages are shown by means of the red and green LED in the control unit window (see 12.3 signals of
integratedcontrol unitPICO-tronic):
· Ready for use
· Lubrication active
· Next pulse cyclecan notbe reached duringmonitoring time
· Number of pulsesat progressivedistributor not reachedduring monitoring time
· Number of pumprevolutions notreached during monitoringtime
· Reservoir empty
· System pressure toohigh
· Pressure drop inline system(line rupture)
· Cycle locked
· Lubrication deficit (lubricationcan notbe finished duringlubrication duration)
· CPU / memorydefective
· Testlubrication active
Operational data base:
· control unit data(Type,Version,Serial number, Manufacturing date)
· Current settings (Operating mode,cycle duration,lubricationduration, Überwachungszeiten)
· Statistic values (operating hours, pump work time, number of intermediate lubrication, level error, pulse monitoring
error,speedmonitoring error, totaldiagnose etc.)
· Date and timeof lastdiagnose
· Error log oflast 100errorswith detailsof time anddate
· Event log oflast 100settings with detailsof time anddate
Operating type and setting of cycle- and lubrication duration can be changed at any time by means of BEKA-DiSys
software(current versionavailable on BEKAwebsite).
