Installation
Install Hub Assemblies, LED Lights with Electrical Connections & ShineMitts™
Load ShineMitts™ on Hub Assemblies
2) The ShineMitts™ must be loaded onto the driver and passenger side SpinLite® FSW Hubs with
the fingers of the ShineMitts™ pointing in the opposite direction of one another. And, the head of
the Pin for the Clips must be pointing downward.
3) All of the ShineMitts™ for the driver side SpinLite® FSW must be assembled as shown in the
image below on the left; there must be 40 pieces of the 19”, 32 pieces of the 22” and 16 pieces of
the 25” ShineMitts™ assembled this way.
4) And, all of the ShineMitts™ for the passenger side SpinLite® FSW must be assembled as shown
in the image above on the right; there must be 40 pieces of the 19”, 32 pieces of the 22” and 16
pieces of the 25” ShineMitts™ assembled this way.
5) Before installing the cleaning material onto the hub assemblies inspect all of the ShineMitt™
assemblies and sort them into two groups, driver side, and passenger side assemblies.
6) If there is not the correct number of pieces of ShineMitts™ for each assembly in each of the
different lengths then disassemble and reassemble as many as necessary to obtain the correct
number for both the driver and passenger side SpinLite® FSW.
