Installation
Install Hub Assemblies, LED Lights with Electrical Connections & ShineMitts™
Connect LED Lights to Wire Harness
1) Retrieve the Hub Plates, Hub Covers, and fasteners that were removed from the Hub Assemblies
earlier in the installation.
2) Position the Hub Plates (two half plates per Hub Assembly) on top of the Hub Assembly; align the
countersunk holes (two holes per plate) with the center holes on the Skin Weldments, see image
below on left.
3) Thread the four (4) LED Plugs from the Wire Harness through the holes in the Hub Plates and
attach the Hub Plates to the Hub Assembly, refer to the image above on right.

Retrieve Hub Plates, Hub Covers
and fasteners to reassemble onto
Hub Assemblies
Step 1:
Hub Covers
(two halves per Hub Assembly)
Hub Plates
(two halves per Hub Assembly)
Hub Plates
Align the countersunk holes on
Hub Plates with the center holes
on the Skin Weldments.
Step 2:
Route LED Plugs from Wire Harness
through large holes in Hub Plates then
attach Plates to Hub Skins.
