Motor Gearbox and Torque Plate Replacement
Install New Motor Gearbox & Torque Plate Assembly
4) Secure the Motor Assembly to the two Torque Studs using a Flat Washer and Cotter Pin;
install them as shown below. Bend the ends of the Cotter Pins to lock them into place.
5) Apply Anti-Seize™ to the threads on the Drive Shaft. Rethread the Jam Nut and Slip Ring
Shaft back onto the Drive Shaft so that it sits on top of the Gearbox, shown below.
Locate the Flat Washers and Cotter Pins and
install as shown below. Be sure to bend the
ends of the Cotter Pins to lock them in place.
Assemble Jam Nut and Slip Ring
Shaft onto the Drive Shaft; the Jam
Nut is to sit on top of the Gearbox.
