9.1.6 Dismantling the humidification module (-9A1)
To exchange the module from variant A to variant B, we refer to the
" Replacement guide, humidification module ", order no.: 7001-0276
Necessary tools:
• Crosstip screwdriver, size 2
•
Torx screwdriver, size T 20
1. Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the rear panel (chap. 5.3).
3. Disconnect the unit from the water supply.
4. Remove the lower fixing screws (B).
5. Disconnect all electrical contacts at the humidification module.
6. Remove the condensate outlet hose from the waste water tank.
7. Remove the hose clamp of the steam hose (C) either on the top of the insulation of the outer chamber
or at the steam boiler, and pull off the steam hose.
8. Pull the humidification module (A) out of the unit. Take care to hold the humidification module horizon-
tally to avoid water running off.
9. Remove all further hoses from the humidification module.
10. Install the humidification module by following steps 1 to 9 in reverse order.
