Loosen the clamp handle on the frame
and remove guide cam from between
the transport chains.
Product holder 200/400 mm carriage

Loosen star knob.
Lift out the holder casing in upwards di-
rection.
Feeding carriage 200/400 mm carriage

Take hold of product holder handle,
loosen locking lever and lift up until
snapped into place.
Loosen star grip screw on the sliced
product holder guide and remove car-
riage plate.
