flap placard speed for flaps 40.
Note: Alternate flap extension time to flaps 15 is
approximately 2 minutes.
The drag penalty with the leading edge
devices extended can make it impossible to
reach an alternate field.
Note: VREF 15 + wind additive must not exceed the
flap placard speed for the next larger flap
setting.
