Appendix F: Compatibilities
Table 15 identifies the receivers and panels that are compatible with the DCT-1/-1E DACT for the required UL
method. Use the DCT-1/-E for receivers that are not listed as compatible.
F.1 Available Reporting Formats
Contact ID (CID): The preferred reporting format providing a four-digit account code followed by a three-digit
event code, a two-digit group number, and a three-digit contact number. The code and numbers provide specific
point identification.
Security Industry Association (SIA) Digital Communication Standard: The DACT provides Level 1
compatibility that includes tonal acknowledge, basic reports only, and fixed reporting codes.
4/2 Pulse: Similar to 3/1, except for a four-digit account code and a two-digit reporting code. Transmission speed
and report codes are programmable.
