2.0 Installation
2.0 Installation
You can install the FPT-DACT up to 500 ft (152 m) from the FACP.
2.1 Mounting the Enclosure
The FPT-DACT and its enclosure are shipped together. Install the FPT-DACT inside the enclosure. The hardware
for mounting the FPT-DACT to the enclosure is located in the hardware pack.
To mount the FPT-DACT Enclosure:
1. Remove the desired wire knockouts on the enclosure (see Figure 2).
2. Using the FPT-DACT case as a template, mark the mounting hole locations on the desired wall.
3. Hang the case on the wall using the appropriate installer-supplied mounting screws (see Figure 3).
