up VIP functions

If you allocate ”Text if busy” to entries in the phone book you can transmit the stan

dard text ”Please call back” to the corresponding extensions. This text is only dis

played if the called extension is busy
, i.e. it is either connected to two other parties,
or it is connected to one party and has deactivated second calls.
Send a message from the executive set to the busy secretary set
Prepare executive set
Select the “Further functions” menu item.
Select the “Further settings” menu item.
Select the “VIP functions” menu item.

o activate the VIP functions, set the “Send
VIP functions” menu item to “On”.
Open the telephone book to select the se

cretary entry.
Display and process the desired entry

Set
„Attribute“ to „T
ext if busy“. The function
can now be used on the executive set.
If required, characterize further entries as
secretary sets.
