Fan Fault Troubleshooting
EMO SWITCH ALARM
CHECK EMO SWITCH
Fault LED Amber
EMO switch is pressed in and
activated
Turn EMO switch clockwise to
disengage the switch
Remote EMO is active - open Correct remote EMO condition
Remote EMO bypass J11 dis-
connected
Connect J11
CONTACTOR CHATTERING
CHECK POWER LINE
Fault LED not lit
Motor contactor is rapidly
opening and closing
Verify power supply meets all
requirements
Verify control transformer tap
settings are correct for supply
voltage
Verify transformer output
voltage is in the correct range
If all voltages are in spec. con-
tact authorized service.
ABUSIVE COMP ON ALARM
WAIT 60 SECONDS
Fault LED Amber
The compressor has been
reset too frequently.
Review cause for multiple
resets.
If due to faults, investigate root
cause of the faults and correct.
Contact authorized service if
problem cannot be resolved

FAN FAULT WARNING
CHECK COOLING FAN
Fault LED not lit
One or more electrical box cool-
ing fans are not operating.
Check power and cable.
Check fan operation
Replace both cooling fans
Contact authorized Service
