~ Upper shaft mechanism (3)
8) Place the synchronizer packing @,the synchronizer ID, the synchronizer support packing @ and the
synchronizer support® on the arm with the screws 0 and @.
NOTE: The synchronizer ID should be turned in the direction of the arrow.
9) Attach the pulley @ to the upper shaft 0 and check the screw flat, then tighten the set screw down
squarely.
NOTE: The second screw hole of the pulley @ in the rotation direction should be attached to the screw
flat of the upper shaft.
1 0) Attach the wick support fll) to the arm with the screw tD.
