[I] Feed mechanism (X axis) (3)
8) Make the X-retainer 0 touch the right and left X-stoppers W.
Adjust X-feed guide (F) ID by pressing the bolt @ (within all the area) so that the X-feed bracket 0 has
no slack and smoothly moves at 12 kg or less when it is pushed, and secure X-feed guide (F) ID with the
bolt4@.
After adjustment, tighten the nut ® to provide a 1 mm gap between the end of bolt @ and the rear of
X-feed guide (F) ID.
9) After the above-mentioned adjustment, tighten the screws fD of the right and left X-stoppers W.

10) While putting the X-timing belt @ between
the timing belt
spacers fj) at the bottom of the
X-feed bracket from the underside
of the bed,
fit the protrusions of the X-timing belt 0 in
the windows
of the belt holder~.
Then, tighten the screws ~.
