Port 4 allows the internal status of the BVT3000 to be read and allows the valves
tobesetatPowerOn.
It is composed as follows:

When a jumper is placed in position 1 it means that the valve is open at power on.

: Allows direct read access to port 4
Rules
: A and B are always «0». The third character represents the state of
port 3 bits 4 to 7 while the fourth character represents the state of the bits 0 to 3.
All the characters are hexadecimal.
