u Tap the name of the application that you wish to edit.

u Tap the name of the property that you wish to edit.
ð The display shows the view Property.
u Tap the action [Bias].
ð The control panel shows a dialog box with a numeric input box.
u Enter the value in the numeric input box.
u Tap the button [OK].
ð The dialog box closes.
ð The value for the Bias is saved.
6.8.18 Changing the Slope of a property
The slope is a factor that is used to correct proportional systematic differences be-
tween the result of a measurement and the reference value.

u Navigate to the [Application] menu via the navigation path.
u Tap the function [Edit] on the function bar.
ð The display highlights the function [Edit] in green.
u Tap the name of the application that you wish to edit.
ð The display highlights the application in green.
u Tap the name of the property that you wish to edit.
ð The display shows the view Property.
u Tap the action [Slope].
ð The control panel shows a dialog box with a numeric input box.
u Enter the value in the numeric input box.

ð The value for the Slope is saved.
6.8.19 Changing the Mahalanobis of a property (Calibration model only)
The Mahalanobis distance is a measure of spectral similarity between the measured
spectrum and the Dataset used in the calibration.
