A3x 807 HCx flow
sensor is
defect.
Heating circuit pump
continues to be acti-
vated in accordance
with the default value.
The valve is isolated
electrically and
remains in the last
position set by the
controller (it can be
adjusted by hand).
Sensor incorrectly
connected or
installed.
Breakage or short cir-
cuit in the sensor lead.
Sensor is faulty.
z Check the sensor connection
and the sensor lead.
z Check that the sensor is cor-
rectly mounted.
z Compare resistance values with
the sensor characteristic curve.

mixer mod-
ule.
Heating circuit x can-
not be operated cor-
rectly.
MM10 and valve (the
mixer) run automati-
cally in emergency
mode.
Heating circuit pump
is permanently acti-
vated.
Monitoring data in
RC35 are invalid.
The heating circuit
addresses on the
MM10 and RC35 do
not match.
z Check the rotary encoder on the
MM10.
MM10 or bus cable is
incorrectly connected
or faulty.
MM10 not recog-
nised by RC35.
z Check terminals on MM10 and
check bus cable.
z Replace MM10.
Hxx Service mes-
sage; no
plant error.
The heating system
keeps operating as
much as possible.
Example: service inter-
val expired.
Maintenance is required; see boiler
documentation.
Plant errors do not need resetting. Contact your local service engineer or your
local Buderus office if you cannot remedy the fault yourself.
