11. Maintenance
Each technical device must be serviced regularly to
ensure correct functioning.
After hard knocks or blows (by falling on the hard floor),
the cartridge must be checked, even if there are no signs
of visible damage, and replaced if necessary.
The plastic parts may only be cleaned with a damp, soft
cloth. No solvents or detergents may be used.
11.1 Performing maintenance work
All MINISTIL cartridges are regularly regenerated in the
BWT AQUA regeneration station. The resin is removed
from the cartridge for regeneration.
The electronics (adapter / digital conductance measuring
device) do not require maintenance.
NOTICE: In the event of a malfunction, carry out the
following steps. Contact your contractual partner
or the installation company.
NOTICE: In order to guarantee trouble-free operation and optimal water quality, maintenance should be performed
by an authorized service technician at regular intervals, but at least once a year. The connecting pipes and the
device must be checked for damage with every maintenance.

NOTICE: Only specialized personnel are authorized
to replace spare parts, see Part 15.1.
