Replace the generator connector
Emergency generator connection
In the event of external AC power failure, an optional generator connection is available.
The generator connector is located on the front exterior of the cabinet. A 30 Amp Hubbell
twist lock connector with a weatherproof seal is available to order. A circuit breaker
services the generator connector.
Description of emergency generator connector types
The 30 Amp generator connector is a Twist-Lock, NEMA L14-30R, 3 pole 4-wire
grounding, 250 VAC. A weatherproof Seal-Tite Seal Boot is optional but strongly
recommended.
