Attach the bolt from the previous step, with the black
battery terminal cable, to the rear positive (+) battery
terminal.
Tighten the terminal bolts to the torque specified by the
battery manufacturer. Dynasty recommends 110 in.-lbs.
or (12.4 n-m).
8.
On the end of the red battery terminal cable, thread the following onto a
terminal bolt:
a. lock washer
b. flat washer
c. the terminal lug of the red battery terminal cable
Attach the bolt to the rear negative (-) battery terminal.
Tighten the terminal bolts to the torque specified by the battery
manufacturer. Dynasty recommends 110 in.-lbs. or (12.4 n-m).
9.
Using a volt meter test the battery connection between the negative and
positive battery leads.
a. place the red voltmeter lead on the red negative battery lead
b. place the black voltmeter lead on the black positive battery lead
c. verify that the volt meter reads between -46 and -54 VDC
10.
Set the battery breaker switch next to the drawer to ON.
