Terminating subscriber cables
The procedure for terminating subscriber cables is the same whether you have ordered the
integrated cross-connect option or not. The only difference is the source of the equipment
cables.
Equipment cables come directly through the ports from the copper protection
compartment in cabinets without the integrated cross-connect option.
Equipment cables come from the back of the cross-connect panel in cabinets with
the integrated cross-connect option.

loose tab to completely remove the core and the cold
shrink tubing seals against the subscriber cable.
