The battery must be secured to the control unit mechanics using double-sided tape.
- use a VRLA (valve regulated lead acid) battery
- the battery casing must be flammability standard UL94V-1 or higher
- the battery must comply with standard IEC 60896-21:2004 and/or IEC 60896-22:2004.
- the battery must be replaced by an experienced technician.
In the PXC2-212 control unit, the battery must be installed with the fuse holder supplied and a 6 Ah fuse.
