Even
without
a
disc
loaded,
when
closing
the
disc
compartment
cover
a
motor
sound
can
be
heard.

disc

loaded

not. This is

open

cover

remove
the
disc.

off
the
camcorder,
disconnect

compact
power
adapter
and remove

battery

and
try
again.

focus.

Autofocus
does
not
work
on

subject. Focus manually

If

viewfinder,
adjust

lens-cleaning cloth

77). Never use
tissue
paper
to
clean
the
lens.
Sound

distorted.
- When recording near loud
sounds
(such
as fireworks
or
concerts), sound
may
become
distorted.
A
vertical
light
bar
appears
on
the
screen.

Bright
light in a
dark
scene
may
cause a
vertical light
bar
(smear)
to
appear. This
is
not
a malfunction.
