Cause Corrective Action
There is no more paper left on the roll. Follow the steps below to replace the used roll with a
new roll of the same type and size.
1. Remove the roll.

3. If no barcode was printed on the roll, specify the
paper type.

4. If no barcode was printed on the roll, specify the
paper length.

Load paper of the type and size you have specied
in the printer driver .

A sheet has not been loaded.
Or , paper was removed during feeding.
Hold down the Stop button for a second or more to
cancel printing.
Sheet printing is selected.
Cause Corrective Action
Load a sheet and try printing again.Y ou have attempted to print a test print sheet or other
printer status information on a sheet, but no sheet
is loaded.
T o print on a roll instead, hold the Stop button for
more than a second to cancel printing, load a roll,
and then print.
