COOLING SYSTEM
Check the coolant levels.
Check for leaks.
FUEL SYSTEM
Check that no water and sediment from the fuel tank.
Check for leaks.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Check battery uid level and specic gravity.
Check operation of starter, alternator, and instruments and warning
lamps.
Check operation of all lamps.
LUBRICATION
Lubricate all pivot points.
Check the oil level of the rear axle (differential and side reductors).
Check the oil level of the tandems
Check the oil level of the transmission.
Check the oil level of the circle turn gearbox.
MOTOR
Check condition of drive belt.
Check engine oil level.
Check engine speed at idle and full throttle.
Check the air cleaner lter elements conditions.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Check the reservoir uid level.
Check the main relief valve pressure.
Change the hydraulic lter.
Check for leaks.
GENERAL
Check for leaks and loose parts.
Check the wheel nut and bolt torques.
Check the tire pressure.
Tighten all hoses clamps.
Check the moldboard, scarier and ripper operation.
Check the service brakes and parking brake operation.
Check the operator seat operation.
Check the control levers for correct operation.
Check the saddle operation.
Check the steering system operation.
Check the transmission operation.
SAFETY
Check the torque of ROPS and seat belt mounting bolts.
Check the safety and information decals and replace if necessary.
Make sure the Operators Manual and Safety Manual are in the Manual
Storage Box.
Check the transport and maintenance service pin.
Check the saddle lock pin.
