Keyguard code
—
to set the radio to ask for the phone code when you
unlock the keypad. If you enter an incorrect phone code five times in
succession, the radio asks for the security code.
Communication settings
Select
Menu
→
Settings
→
Communication settings, and select one of the
following:
•
Listen to voice messages
—
to listen to voice messages. The voice mailbox
is a network service; it may not be available in all networks or you may
need to subscribe to it first.
Tip:
To quickly call your voice mailbox, press and hold in the
idle mode.
•
Voice mailbox number
—
to store or edit your voice mailbox number. Enter
the voice mailbox number you have received from your service provider,
and press
OK
.
Enhancement settings
1. Select
Menu
→
Settings
→
Enhancement settings.
2. Select Headset, Monophone, or Handsfree, and select one of the
following:
•
Default profile
—
Select the profile you want to have activated with the
selected enhancement.
•
Automatic answer
—
Select On to set the radio to automatically answer
an incoming call after five seconds. If the Incoming call alert is set to
Beep once or Off, automatic answer is not used.
•
Alerts
—
Select Headset to only have the headset play alert tones, or
Phone to have the headset and radio play alert tones. This option is
available only when Headset is selected. To only have the monophone
play alert tones, select Monophone. This option is available only when
the Monophone profile is selected.
