With this option it is possible to connect the UPS to multiple AS/400

type computers (up
to a maximum of 4).
4.2.3 EASY PLUS
Remote monitoring of the UPS using a non-dedicated PC is straightforward with EASY
PLUS. Easy Plus is a software package for Windows and Windows 95 which offers a
highly detailed description of the UPS working status along with suggestions for possible
remedial actions when necessary. After having inserted a password, EASY PLUS allows
the operator to select working priorities (Line Interactive or Double Conversion).
4.2.4 EASY PLUS 1000:
With an interface kit using an RS422/485 protocol it is possible to transfer UPS diagnostic
information to a non-dedicated PC up to 1000m away.
4.2.5 LIFE2000
LIFE2000, is an advanced remote diagnostic and control system which gives the Chloride
Service Center direct access to the operating condition of your UPS, as well as allowing
