MESSAGE POSSIBLE CAUSES: when the message is
visualized
VERIFICATIONS
Machine cold
Please wait
This message will appear on the display if any
dispensing icon is pressed every time the machine
is turned on until the service boiler pressure falls
below the pre-set working pressure.
When the service boiler reaches the pre-set
pressure, the message automatically disappears.
Service needed This message is displayed when the machine
requires the periodic maintenance intervention. In
order to eliminate temporary the message, keep
pressed key for approximately 8 seconds. The
message will reappears in the successive relighting
of the machine with the main switch.
Contact the authorized technical department. The
message will be displayed until the service will be
carried out.
Softener This message is displayed when the softener resins
need to be regenerated. (Follow the instructions on
softener maintenance).
Once regeneration has been completed, keep the
key pressed for approximately 8 seconds to
cancel out the message.
Change water

This message is displayed when the machine
reqXLUHVWKHVXEVWLWXWLRQRIWKHZDWHU¿OWHU.
In order to eliminate temporary the message, keep
pressed key for approximately 8 seconds. The
message will appear again at regular intervals.

This message is displayed when the machine
switch ON/OFF has been programmed. The

and is in stand-by status.
Refer to the Technician’s Manual to see how to pro-
gram the switch ON/OFF of the machine.
Press any dispensing button to force the machine
on.
Energy saving
mode
This message is displayed when the machine is in
ECONOMY mode.
Press any dispensing button to exit the ECONOMY
mode and return to the machine work phase.
