The communication between the eSIGNO
Mobile in HHI mode and the E-Cylinder doesn’t
require the use of any mouse: it is accomplished
through the issue of Service cards, which must
then be presented to the E-Cylinder.
Note
NoteNote
Note: these Service cards can be also used as an
alternative way to achieve communication
between the eSIGNO Mobile and the eSIGNO
lock and wall reader.

The Service cards used to accomplish the communication between the HHI and the E-Cylinder (or any
eSIGNO device in general) can be issued by selecting the proper option in the HHI menu (Service
Card Menu).
Then, navigating with , it is possible to choose the type of card to be issued. The different types of
Service cards are described in the table below.
Once issued, the card must be presented to the device:
If the operation is being correctly executed, the device gives an orange light; at the end, it will give
two green blinks accompanied by two quick beeps;
If the operation is not possible (e.g. when the device is not initialized), the device gives three red
blinks accompanied by two acute beeps (logical error situation);
If the Service card is taken off the device while the operation is being executed, the device gives
one red blink accompanied by one acute beep (physical error situation).
Additional info about Service cards can be found in the Service Card Menu paragraph.
