• Ensure that Bluetooth is set to On.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager; otherwise the option will not be visible in
the settings menu.
• Select Add Bluetooth device.
Ensure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode.
• Select the Bluetooth device after it is displayed in the list.
• The Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series will then attempt to pair will attempt to use the pin code 0000.
If unsuccessful, enter the pin code when prompted.
• Once paired, then the Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series will attempt to connect to the Bluetooth device.
• Selecting the Bluetooth device then selecting Disconnect will disconnect that currently connected Bluetooth device.
