Step 9 Fasten the captive screws on the air-intake frame to the chassis and tighten to 11 to 15 in-lb (95 to 130 N·m).
Step 10 On the chassis door, pull the door handle open on one of the two sides of the door until the handle clicks (the handle
clicks when you pull it about 30 degrees).
Step 11 Move the side of the door with the opened handle onto the two hinge pins as shown in Figure 66: Attaching One Side
of the Door to the Chassis, on page 122. Make sure that the top and bottom hinge pins on the hood and hinge bracket
fit through the slots on the top and bottom of that side of the door. Position the door so that the hinge pins are located
at the ends of the slots.
The double-hinge door can be installed and opened on either side. The figures in this procedure show how
to install the door on the left side first, but you can use the instructions to install it on either side.
