Using The Setup Modes
There are a series of available parameters that can assist the installer to set the unit up to specification
and tailor the control to meet the customer’s requirements. Carefully read these tables before entering the
maintenance modes. These set up features cover Ducted Evaporative Air Conditioning, Ducted Gas
Central Heating and Add-on Refrigerated Air Conditioning.
Important Note: Changes made to the set up modes outside the parameters set by your installer
could have an adverse effect on the unit operation and life. Warranty could also be void.
The Setup modes include:
Coding – All products
Diagnostics – All products
Fan Speed Settings – All products
Zoning Setup – Heating / Add-on Cooling
Water Management – Evaporative Air Conditioning

RODUCT IDENTIFICATION
The setup mode will cater for many options of heating / cooling unit configurations. As a result there are a
number of potential product classes that the touch pad control system will control. The class is the first
requirement for selection when coding or entering the setup mode.
For standard domestic applications with a single unit or heater cooler combinations the following classes
will be used:
Ducted Gas Heating Only H 01
Ducted Gas Heating c/w Addon Refrigerated Air Conditioning HC 01
Ducted Evaporative Air Conditioning E 01
Ducted Gas Heating and Evaporative Air Conditioning. H 01 & E 01
