7.4 Band-Level Alarms and Troubleshooting
The Alarms tab displays any alarms generated by the bands. The tab is common to both bands.
To display the Band Level Alarms tab
From the left pane, select the 700-800 item and choose the Alarms tab. The relevant alarms are
displayed.
When at fault, each generated alarm is displayed according to the factory set values for that alarm,
as Minor (yellow), Major (orange) or Critical (red).
NOTE: The alarm settings can be modified via the Alarms Configuration tab.

NOTE: Use the ACK ALL button to reset ALL displayed alarms.
Alarm Fault and most probable cause and Recommendation
System Mute
Description. Generates an alarm when Booster amplification is
automatically
muted.
Possible causes: Temperature failure, Synthesizer failure,
Hardware failure, High RSSI power DL/UL when the shutdown mechanizm is
on.
Recommended action: Check the LED and other alarm from the Booster.
Contact Cobham Wireless Support
User Mute Description: Manual shutdown performed by operator from the Web GUI.
Recommended action: Review unit’s log
Built In Test Possible causes: Hardware failure, Circuitry failure, Software failure
Recommended action: Contact Cobham Wireless Support
