General considerations for cleaning and maintenance:
- For safety reasons, before cleaning the equipment, it is recommended to disconnect the
power cord from power socket.
- For methacrylate surfaces, pay great attention in the use of cleaning products. If this
material comes in contact with substances such as alcohol, solvents, ammonia or other
aggressive products (thinners, acetone ...), it reacts forming "cracks", which are not visible
immediately but in the next days.
- To clean this material, it is recommended to use specific methacrylate products such as
"Vetril" or use a well squeezed cloth or soft paper after being soaked in water with diluted neutral
soap.
