If the tool is not available there are 2 other options, one is to use a balloon to simulate the body and
the other is to block with the finger the suction duct of the hand piece.
Using the balloon method we would get the same results as with the silicone pad. So if the equipment
reaches the set vacuum the fault is the placing on the body.
On the other hand, if you block with your finger, whole circuit is tested except for the cavity of the
head. In this case, check the cavity that has no defects and that the metal plates are well sealed. In
case of doubt contact the technical assistance.
In case that the vacuum loss still persists, proceed to the next verification step.
If the previous test has failed using the above described methods and there are no damages both
internal and external parts of the head, check the external deposit tanks of the equipment.
In case of having the problem in only one of the applicators, first check if the tank is completely
closed and its tubes are properly connected to the machine. If the deposit tank is in perfect condition
and the problem only appears in one of the lines, exchange the deposits. If the fault changes to the
other line, obviously the leak is caused by the tank.
To solve this problem replace the deposit. A temporary solution to operate the equipment, while
receiving the new tank (in case do not have it in stock) is a simple bridge shown below.
It is possible to remove the tubes a little hardly.
