Disconnect pipes from the tank
Connect the 2 tubes with the filter in the center
Reconnect the “bridge” to the machine
Important: When connecting the bridge to the equipment, make sure that the tubes are not
bent, otherwise the suction in the hand piece would be blocked.
In case both deposit tanks are in good condition and the problem persists proceed to the next check.
Reduced pump suction force.
If following previous steps have not solved the problem we may possibly, might be caused by a
failure in the suction pump.
In case that the fault is in only one applicator and the other one works correctly, proceed to replace
the CPU.
On the contrary, if the problem occurs in both channels, have to l perform several more checks.
Perform a test of the equipment using the silicone pad or a balloon presetting a vacuum less
than the programmed in the previous treatment, ie if had programmed 240 mbar, change to
200 mbar and check if it will reach the setpoint.
If it reaches 200 mbar, the test indicates that the pump does not have enough force for higher
vacuums, therefore proceed to replace the pump.
Vacuum Circuit Failure
If it is not possible to achieve values higher than 200 mBar, could be also caused by the solenoid
valves (EV3 and EV4). In order to check them try to block the hose and monitor if the vacuum is
achieved. If yes, proceed with the replacement of solenoid valves EV3 and Ev4.
