On the last diagram both horizontal lines are the thresholds of the high pressure alarm when 2
connected applicators (red color value 152) and the value for 1 connected applicator (green color
value 172). Depending on the measured value and depending on whether one applicator or two
connected are connected, can be determined if the pump is faulty in the case of a low value and a
obstruction in the circuit when the value is high.
Low pressure value:
If the code 0004 is entered on the code display and the pump does not start, check on the terminals
of connector J if is applied 24V. If yes, replace the pump. In case of no 24V, proceed to change the
CPU.
High pressure value:
Note: If this fault appears when upgrading from fixed to removable hand pieces, make sure that the
3 resistances of the hydraulic pump's current control are well soldered (bottom image):
