15.2.1.11 Binary output: BusL fail
The output is open if healthy BusL voltage is present. It closes with a delay given by BusL
protections if BusL voltage or frequency gets out of the limits.
15.2.1.12 Binary output: BusR fail
The output is open if healthy busR voltage is present. It closes with a delay
given by busR protections if busR voltage or frequency gets out of the limits.
