Also, the token might have been entered incorrectly, or the key revision number may not match. To troubleshoot, start by checking the printout of the token. You may also run the STS0 meter test token 5649 3153 7254 5031 3471 (or the short code #000#) to compare the parameters of the meter, or run a specific item in the test. Also run #030# for the supply group code (SGC). All the information should be validated to determine why the token didn’t work.
