To display the average voltage measured on each phase of the meter.
Pressing the # key will display the average voltage measured on each phase.
Display indicates a voltage consumption of 280 Volts for the
first phase
Display indicates a voltage consumption of 210 Volts for the
second phase
Display indicates a voltage consumption of 180 Volts for the
third phase
