Troubleshootingprocedure:Starterfailure.

Remove the starting relay connector clip from the complete-vehicle
cable, connect the anode and the cathode of the battery to two
leading wires of the starting relay with two wires.
Realize the short circuit between the battery binding post
on the starting relay and the starting motor binding post via
a screw driver or a thick conductor.
The starting motor is not rotated
after the connection and no joint
sound is outputted from the
starting relay.
The starting motor is operational
after the connection.
The starting motor is
inoperational after the
short circuit.
The starting motor is
operational after the
short circuit.

Inspect the internal coil of the
[1] Inspect if the internal contact of the
clutch switch has poor contact
[2] Inspect if the starting button contact
has poor contact
[3] Inspect if the open circuit or short
circuit is made for the internal line of the
electric starting control system
Burnout or damage

Disassemble the starting motor and make the
following inspections:
[1] Inspect if the carbon brush is highly worn.
[2] Inspect if the carbon brush spring is fractured
or is of poor elasticity
[3] Inspect if the armature commutator is hi ghly
worn
[4] Inspect if the commutator coil is in open circuit
