Weak rotation of
starting motor
Switch on the ignition switch, press the horn button
or pushing the turn light switch
No sound or weak sound of electric horn and dim lights of
turn li

Poor electricity of battery or poor contact of
conductor connector connecting the battery
Loud sound output of electric horn and bright lights of turn
light
Inspect if the conductor connector between the starting relay and
the starting motor is in good contact
No
Yes
Remove the starting motor connecting conductor and the battery
connecting conductor from the starting relay and press the starting
button. If the joint sound is outputted from the starting relay,
measure if the resistor between battery binding post on the starting
relay and the starting motor binding post is switched on via an
ohmmeter
Measure if the motor resistor is in open
circuit with an ohmmeter
