Select a mark service that modies the original packet IP
header if all rules dened within the classication class are

Mark 802.1p if 802.1q is Enabled: Select an 802.1p priority
number that serves as the 802.1p value.

port. Set-2 is based on MAC layer IEEE 802.1p priority eld.
